IDAS FLOW CHART

Planning applications in Queensland are assessed against the IDAS (Integrated Planning Assessment System) process, prescribed under the Integrated Planning Act 1997. This process entails four primary stages as outlined in the flow chart below:

Decision Stage
  • Assessment Manager assesses and decides application
  • Assessment Manager issues decision notice and advises referral agencies of decision
